Commission Splits Rentals (Listing Side)
For rentals where you only listed the property, but another agent secures the tenant, you would receive 25% of the gross fee of the firm.

- For listings owned by the company, our agents earn 50% of the gross fee paid by the owner.
- For listings non-owned, the agent must find out what the owner (or cooperating agency) is offering.
- The experienced agent will earn 80% of the firm’s fee.
